How to Make Stuffing in an Electric Pressure Cooker

Now I know not everyone loves boxed stuffing, but I do! (If you want a great homemade recipe for stuffing, check this one out.) And we love using our crock pot version of this recipe for the holidays. Then I got to thinkin’….why not try it in the Instant Pot! The results were quick, easy and delicious! You’re gonna love it!

Ingredients
- 12 oz Stove Top Stuffing (2 - 6 oz packages)
- 3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups water
Instructions
Pour your water into the bottom of your 6-quart Instant Pot and place in your trivet
Pour all your remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well combined
Spoon your stuffing into a metal bowl (or other heat safe bowl) that will fit inside your Instant Pot
Place the bowl in your 6-quart Instant Pot
Cover, seal and cook on manual high for 1 minute
Natural release for 5 minutes
Fluff with a fork, replace the lid and let set for 5 more minutes
Fluff again and serve
