This stuffed chicken by Chef Ramsay is meat-loaded as it is stuffed with chorizo, which is a pork sausage. Chorizo is a cured sausage and can be eaten without cooking. But it tastes great when it is cooked. The chicken is roasted with the skin-on, which gives it a great golden color and a divine crisp.

To make Gordon Ramsay’s stuffed chicken, make the stuffing by cooking chorizo, onion, garlic, beans, and thyme in a pan. Then, put this stuffing inside the chicken along with a lemon. Place the chicken on a baking tray filled with water and wine. Cover it with foil and roast it for an hour. After that, remove the foil and bake it for another 30 minutes. Let it rest, then serve.
