I'm trying something new. I look through my LinkedIn connections for people who are Open to Work, choose one, and post a link to their profile. My older skills have 99+ endorsem*nts, while the newer additions have few or none. How urgent is it to get the newly added skills endorsed? Should I be asking the appropriate people to endorse them, or focus on improving other areas of my profile?
