I am a huge fan of chocolate bark, and this super cute Christmas Tree White Chocolate Barkis a greatidea for the holiday season. They take just a bit of time to assemble, but everyone will love seeing them on a platter as a yummy dessert option at all of your holiday parties!

Chocolate bark is one of those things I remember only seeing in big blocks to melt as a child. Over the years, various flavors and designs have cropped up. It has become one of my favorite choices for a dessert during the holidays and year-round. This Christmas Tree White Chocolate Bark is a fun recipe that useswhite chocolate and colored candy melts to create your own unique design!

Christmas Tree White Chocolate Bark Recipe

Ingredients:

Additional Materials:

  • parchment paper
  • baking sheet
  • spatula
  • microwave-safe bowls
  • spoons

While I usually melt my candy melts and chocolate in microwave safe bowls, you can also use a traditional double boiler method. I love this Double Boiler for many uses, and it works great for this.

Directions:
1. Microwave your white chocolate wafers in your microwave-safe bowl for 4-5 minutes on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour your melted white chocolate into the center of your pan.

4. Lightly sprinkle your nonpareils on top and freeze for 15 minutes.

5. Now microwave your green and brown wafers in separate microwave-safe bowls for 2-3 minutes on 50%, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
6. Pour your chocolates into separate decorating bags and cut a small tip off the top.
7. Use your green chocolate to draw trees onto the white bark. Then fill in the tree outline by pipingmore green chocolate into the outline.

8. Use your dark chocolate to draw the trunks onto the trees. Then fill in the trunks by piping more dark chocolate into the outline.

9. Sprinkle the trees with yellow stars and freeze again for 15 minutes.

10. Carefully break apart your bark with your hands, making sure to get the Christmas trees on separate pieces.

  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • ½ cup dark chocolate candy melts
  • Small star sprinkles
  • pearlized nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  • Microwave your white chocolate wafers in your microwave-safe bowl for 4-5 minutes on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and Pour your melted white chocolate into the center of your pan and spread out evenly with your spatula

  • Lightly sprinkle your nonpareils on top and freeze for 15 minutes

  • Now microwave your green and brown wafers in separate microwave-safe bowls for 2-3 minutes on 50%, stirring every 30 seconds until melted

  • Pour your chocolates into separate decorating bags and cut a small tip off the top

  • Use your green chocolate to draw trees onto the white bark and use your dark chocolate to draw the trunks onto the trees

  • Sprinkle the trees with yellow stars and freeze again for 15 minutes

  • Carefully break apart your bark with your hands, making sure the get the trees on separate pieces
